Tobacco industry and the new candy-flavored products
Tobacco industry's strategies are changing, in the hope of "recruiting" tomorrow's smokers when they're kids.
It is well known that the earliest one starts to smoke, the hardest it is to stop. That is why, in order to attract young people, tobacco industry has begun to work on products (e-cigarettes and cigars) with the flavor and the scent of candy.
The American Thoracic Society has drawn attention to this issue, producing an interesting experiment to analyze the reactions of children when smelling those products.
We recommend watching the video, available on the ATS Youtube channel; here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfOixCuWHbU
